Sorry for the downtime today. It appears we had some technical issues that caused some improper page redirecting. It was a bit harder to line up the resources to find and fix the problem as it's the Saturday before Christmas. By mid-day we had our team in place and they worked as fast as possible to get the issue resolved. There was no risk of viruses like what happened in November.

Once again sorry for the downtime and Happy Holidays!

Thanks for getting this back up. Here on the east coast, I was needing my fix today since we have 6 inches of snow outside, with more expected.

Here in DC the politicians haven't walked off with any of the white stuff yet just the green stuff.

We're at 20+ inches and still snowing.

I had to find some other site

to follow during the down time.

Hmmm... No? I've gone back and reviewed things I was dealing with at various times of the day -- nothing out of the ordinary. We've had no other reports regarding that period.

I'll assume you didn't have corresponding difficulties getting on other websites. Had you tried clearing your cache (temporary internet files) to force fresh page downloads to your computer? Standing by if more info is available...

Problem must have been mine.
Yes I did visit other websites with no known difficulty.
Tried off and on all day with no connection to Air til Thurs AM.
This has never happened before that I am aware. When I re-connected I sought the usual explanation thread/post but found none. Hence my inquiry. Guess I will never know.

The tech side of the house is doing a lot of preparation for coming improvements (no announcement yet). Some setting may have been cockeyed for you and nobody-knows-who-else. That seems really odd but, if so, it was caught and made right. Sorry if that was the case.
