Attempting to upload photo - quota reached

Okay, I'm in the early stages of destruction and posted a lot of photos...how does the clock run?

Is it a 24 hour clock? A weekly clock? What time limit is there on the photo upload quota?

I've searched and can't seem to find an answer to this one.

Thanks,
Julianne

I'm glad to know that you can upload photos. I haven't figured out how. Maybe I need to do it from a PC? Maybe I cannot do it from an iPhone or iPad?

I use my ipad all the time.

When you are composing a message do you go to the advanced button on the top right part of the page? That's where the photo upload section is located.

Then you just choose from where to load the photos.

If that's not working, PM me and I'll see if I can't help you....

In order to have more capacity to add photos, you need to upgrade your account.

Have a look here:

After clicking 'Post Reply' scroll down to 'Manage Attachments'. After clicking that you will get a window with 'paths' to whatever file that you need. There is a limit to how many total pictures that you can upload 'UNLESS' you become a 'Supporting Member' with an annual 'donation' of about $20. With that you will receive AIRforum stickers t decorate the windows of your rig.

I'm still confused

In the past using a PC I uploaded pictures no problem. Now that I have converted to an IPad I can't figure it out. I upload the pictures OK but they go somewhere and not to the message box. I'm sure It's simple except I'm still mastering the cell phone.

I just said phooey on the whole thing and donated my $20. My time and energy are going to the trailer right now. Actually, all my money ought to be too....

What can you do?

iPads are wonderful things and they can make a simple thing impossibly difficult. I have no idea why this is true, but it is. And, what works for one person on an iPad doesn't always work for another, and vice versa.

Use Photobucket and link to the pictures. I do this because I may use the same picture or video on several sites.

I do not see an "advanced" button at the top. Are you using the iPad app or the regular website. I am using the regular website. Could that be the trouble?

The app is easier to upload photos with, though I am stubborn, and go through the regular forum with mine. You can upload your photos either way, as long as you haven't maxed out your account.
