I am hoping that someone on the forum has information for an Airstream customer relations contact. The contact we currently have has not responded to emails in a long time.

Sorry no one has replied to you.

If you are talking dealership I would call the sales manager of that salesperson.

If you are talking Airstream Corporate I would also go up the chain to the next level.

Maybe your salesperson got promoted, demoted, went on vacation or just suck at their job.

If you call JC customer service and tell them your situation they will put you in contact with your Regional Sales Rep or I’m sure if you request a different POC they will oblige.

Otherwise, as the the post before stated you can contact your dealership/sales manager.
