Airforums App Issue

I utilize the iOS air forums app on an iPad Pro instead of the website version. This morning when I logged in there is only one item in the timeline, which is very odd because the website has the normal content. The other time seem to be ok (unread, subscribed and participated).

Logging out of the app and then logging back in is of no help, any ideas what might be going on?

No idea . . . I avoid the App entirely.

Curious . . . with an iPad Pro . . . why do you use the App? Its functionality seems much more limited than the desktop version of AF, especially the search function [from what I've heard here].

Thanks,

Peter

PS -- You might try deleting cookies, clearing your Internet cache, etc. and see if that helps, before you log out/in again.

For my part anyway, functionality is indeed limited, and in many cases needlessly so. But in general, app experiences, this one included (as anemic as it is) are smoother and more streamlined. It’s preferable to me to do the majority of my reading in the app and bounce over to the browser only when I need to (editing posts, managing profile, advanced search, etc.).

Personal preference. Nothing more.

What nryn said... I find it simpler to navigate, easier to read... and no ads! The app also segments posts for me, the web site only shows subscribed threads.

Just personal preference. I use the web site maybe 10% of the time.
