Avatars
To upload or change an avatar:

An avatar is the little picture displayed below your user name in the profile box on the left side of every post. You may use a forums avatar or upload your own custom avatar. Avatars are limited in size to 80 x 80 pixels or 100 KB (whichever is smaller) and contributing members may load avatars that are 120 x 120 pixels.

To choose a forum-standard avatar:
1. Click user CP (control panel) on upper blue tool bar.
2. Click edit avatar on left side menu.
3. Select the avatar you desire for the available pictures and click the selection dot below the picture.
4. Click save changes.

To upload a custom avatar: Choose a picture you like that is stored in your computer. Resize the picture to meet the size requirements above using a photo/image editor or camera software. Images that are too large will fail to load and you will receive and error message.

1. Click user CP (control panel) on upper blue tool bar.
2. Click edit avatar on left side menu.
3. Scroll down to the "Custom Avatar" box and click the "use Custom Avatar" button.
4. Click Browse button. A file menu screen will appear and you can choose the avatar file to be loaded. The file name should appear in the "upload an avatar from your computer box".
5. Click save changes.

THANKS, Got my stickers in record time. Haven't even had time to consider where to put them.........., wait......., that's an open invitation for abuse! Don't answer. I'm soooooo confused, what to do, what to do. I will let post a picture, when I decide where to fly them.

For some of you it was almost instant turn around and others it was a wait. We bundle the orders and do them in mass so for those who miss the cutoff, your patience is appreciated. Note that we always announce the mailings and the dates that they cover here. So always look back into the posts in this thread. You will always find the last mailing announcement and will know where you are regarding the mailings.

I just renewed my airforum account....how long does it take my name to show up as a member? I just noticed that it was gone yesterday....it does sometimes take me a while! anyway...I never got my stickers last year and want to make sure that they got to the correct address since I have moved in the last couple of months. can somone pm and let me know what address they will be going out to and what month the next mail out will be.....thanks to everyone for their hard work here. It truly is a life saver to some of us.

mouth012006, go into your 'User CP' (control panel) on the sites blue top menu bar. Links are along the left column. Check your address listed in your profile. To receive a sticker, your correct address must be listed there. The address in that location and in your public profile is visible only to you. Your profile sure looks like that address displays -- but other members do not see street address, phone # or VINs if members list those at all.

It may take a day or two for your supporting member status to show up.

Hey what gives? I did the PP thing using my Visa to become a supporting member and it processed but no conformation or anything. Did I miss a step? I don't use a PP account so followed links and got conformation using the Visa and PP sent me conformation stating "Forum Stickers and Account Upgrade Subscription" but the company shows Social Knowledge, LLC.

Almost forgot, did this on the 13th, don't know how long it takes for conformation.

Never mind, when I post this it now shows......................

Social Knowledge is the entity this forum is owned by. See the bottom of any page of this forum.

Stickers are sent out in batches when there are enough orders. (Hey it is a volunteer staff) When the stickers are sent they usually go from the center of the USA so it may take some days to get them. And there will be a post to this thread stating orders prior to a given date have been shipped.

Hang in there you will get yours .

We mail decals out to the address you give us when you contribute via Paypal. When did you contribute last year?? I can check my records and I'll send you a PM as to the address you gave us.
