I just noticed that "Supporting Member" is no longer under my avatar, so I guess that explains it.

It seems to me having an expiration date and/or something indicating auto pay show up in your User CP would be a better way to handle it. Unless it's there and I just don't see it.....

Thumbs up

The first screen does tell you to pay using PP. Kind of confusing.

You just complete the transaction without logging in to pay pal.

Just got my stickers last month.

I couldn't duplicate that...Do you have a Pay Pal account?

You may have found the loophole others have been looking for.

I know that Pay Pal will accept a credit card as a method of payment. You don't have to debit your checking account. As to the best of my knowledge Andy has not established a merchant account for any credit cards.

That's true. You still need a Pay Pal account. Right?

It looked like Bob found a Pay Pal work around so members didn't have to sign up.

Lee,

No we don't have a PP account, I just filled in the required credit card info and punched continue, It did accept, and low and behold it went thru.

I'd try it again, but I already have a few extra stickers.

I see it now Bob.

From pay pals first page:
Don't have a PayPal account?

Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue

You can go direct without a pay pal account. You just use the pay pal system. No account needed. Thanks Bob, You have cleared up some confusion.

Interesting. That must be a new feature from PayPal.

I had been putting it off not wanting to do the bank account thing as well and just did it tonight. No paypal account or bank account used, just CC.

To Andy and everyone who work on this site, thanks for all your hard work!

I guess it slipped by me that we had to renew membership annually.

Could someone let me know what we need to do and a link to it.

Tks.

Thumbs up AIR stickers

Great idea; such a small fee for such a huge resource. Thank you for your time efforts.

approximately how long does it take to get the stickers? I signed up a bit ago- using the credit card through the PP system too- was almost instantly able to take advantage of the neat features, but I'm just curious about when I need to be on the lookout for the stickers ;-) It's like Christmas everyday... presents?!!

The time frame varies because the stickers are sent out in batches. When a sufficient amount of users have paid a mailing will go out. When that happens the mod who does the mailing posts on this thread that everyone who paid up to (then he gives a date) the stickers get sent. Those stickers are mailed from the midwest, so people with addresses will get their stickers first. Obviously the further away from the central part of the USA the longer it will take for you to recieve the sticker when they are mailed.

Thanks for the contribution!

Just to let you all know that decals are in the mail for the timeframe October 18th through and including January 6th. So watch your mailbox. Also we had 5 Canadian orders and one from England which are in this batch.
