OK i tried with no luck to find someone to email or contact. Yesterday a featured trailer was a 1980 trade wind 25 in Florida for $2000

This trailer looks to have just sold on eBay

What is your correlation between the 2 trailers. One is in Fl. and the other in Ohio. One is for $2,000 and the other for $13,000.

Where did you see the "featured" trailer?

Yes there are many scams going on with respect to Airstream trailers.

They sent me a link to photos for an eBay hosting site, which i found went with the sold trailer - they now live out of state, don't know details, below market by a long shot, etc etc

Yes, I too saw the listing and contacted the sub on the classified add section of this forum for the 1980 trade wind 25 in Florida for $2000. I did get a reply with a sob story of why she was selling the trailer so below value so I researched it a little more. She sent me a photo link called jpegbay that was supposedly tied to eBay. Contacted eBay on line fraud site for the photo link and they sent me this link:

Strange how the exact trailer was on eBay later as above post mentioned.

I also called and emailed about this trailer. When I received the "sob story" as well, I wrote back that I was aware of scams and would send no money without talking to a person first. The telephone number had a "text voicemail msg. I received nothing further.
