2019 Interstate freezer not freezing

We are the second owner of a 2019 Interstate. When we brought it back from TX in early August, the freezer worked fine. We are now on our way to AZ and the freezer doesn't keep anything frozen. I don't know what the temp in the frig is but it keeps everything cold. How does the freezer get cold with the control in the refrigerator?

Hi

All of these "single control" fridges are a bit of a compromise. The fridge section gets very cold ( maybe 32 degrees ...) than the freezer is still not quite as cold as you might like ( might be 20 degrees .. ). A lot depends on just how hot it is outdoors.
