What Is It? Electric Component

I love playing the What-Is-It game, and now I've got one of my own!

This is on the closet floor of the rear shower/sink/toilet facility of my 72 Tradewind. On the top it has printed TENOR CO 200-3-0106. I found reference to one on an old eBay listing that indicated this was a model 200-3-0106 Relay, 115 Volt AC, 50/60 Cycle made by the Tenor Company.

There is a neat little electrical diagram on the side of it - if only I knew what any of it meant! There is even a tiny adjustment screw on the opposite side. So, what is it?
