Last month, while I was having my TV inspected, I confirmed that they only inspect trailers for road-worthiness: brakes, tires and lights. The inspector pointed out that these are the same things we should always check before heading out on the road.
Later the county clerk staff reminded me that a travel trailer with a gross vehicle weight less than 7,500 lbs does not need to be inspected these days.

So like Bubba L, I suspect you don’t really need to get it inspected.
