Looking for front & rear ceiling curved shroud

I just purchased a AS that will require the "full Monty". Can anyone tell me where I can get new front and rear ceiling curved shrouds? Thanks! Steve

Welcome to the forums!

Hi Steve, Welcome to the forums. Could you post a pic of the "ceiling curved shrouds". We like pictures here at airforums.

Hi Steve.

If you mean the front and rear "headliners", very few of them are available even for the 70's trailers.

I assume you are wanting them for a 1959. They are not available, except maybe from a salvage yard somewhere.

But, they were made with fiberglass back then, so if yours are damaged, they can easily be repaired.

Thanks for your response. I have a 1976 AS. Not sure what model at the moment, but will go see first chance I get. There was a fire in this AS that ruined most of the interior. If it didn't get buckled, it melted. Amazingly enough, the exterior is fine. If I can just do something about the front and rear curvitures, I can probably handle the rest.

In order to find out from Airstream about headliners for Airstreams that old, an "exact" description or better yet, the trailer serial number must be know.

Andy, I have a 1976 Tradewind, with s/n: L25-T6J-2976. Hopefully, this will help. There are the following additional nos. C-116 GF. Thanks!

If you're not set on having the curve, you could do something like the photo below left as an alternative. I'm considering this for my '74 Sovereign. You can see more photos of the Airstream interior designed by Barbara Brown at Barbara Brown Architect. Click on Portfolio and then Airstream in the bottom right corner. I prefer this look over the 70's front headliner with the built in shelving.

Airstream does not have a specific headliner for your trailer.

But, they do have some headliners for other models.

I would suggest that you contact the factory at 937-5966111.

What they have, may not suit your needs.
