2 weeks ago i bought a 74 tradewind, 25 ft, double axle trailer.
the brakes, wheels, bearings, axles have been checked out and all is good.
I've heard some passing mentions of AS folks willing to inspect potential trailers before being purchased....but i haven't been able to find more about this on the website. this would be an 'after the fact' inspection and training session...
i'm wondering if there is anyone in my area willing to check out the electrical systems, the propane, and the plumbing. And train me on their safe operation and upkeep. I'm a complete newbie.
there is no electric or water hookup where she sits now. but i could take her to an rv park...
the trailer had been sitting unused for years and there was no way to hook it up before buying it.
I'm in Stone Mtn GA.
Someone willing to inspect/train please reply!
Or please direct me to the appropriate thread/forum--
Thanks for reading!
I posted this query earlier today elsewhere on the site but this is perhaps a better place to post.
I need someone to inspect all the systems on my trailer and show me the basics, tell me what needs to be done to bring it up to snuff, etc....
Is there anyone willing to spend an afternoon poking around a 74 Tradewind?
How much would such a service cost?
It would be much appreciated
