'70's Tradewind

Would love some input on this camper...this girl is in good condition, needs some love. We're first timers, so any thoughts are much appreciated, TIA!

Looks just like my '72 Trade Wind, when I found it in a field in 2012 and started a full monty rebuild...nearly complete now. Paid $2000 for mine, if you were inquiring into possible worth. Is it empty? Looks like rear has been removed...maybe new or patched floor?

Hard to tell w/o more pics. Hopefully they have the rear banana wraps and lower rear trim that are missing. Maybe they fixed the rear floor rot. How much interior is there?
'73 and before no gray water tanks.
Otherwise a potential project trailer.

There is no bath, new sub-floor added to that area, frame there fixed too. All other cabinetry is there.
