Goin Camping,

Which trailer?

Depending on the trailer (Tradewind or larger) it would have been a Dometic M52 which was the larger 40-42" high refrigerator under the taller counter-top.

The smaller trailer like the Safari (23') could also be order with the M52.

There is a smaller version of that refrigerator that only about 30" and I think the model was the M50 or M40 that was used in the Caravel.

Enjoy,

It is a 20 foot Safari, Land Yacht, Overland.

Space for fridge is pretty large if that matters.

Sounds like a M52 Dometic refrigerator.

Take a look over at the "vintageairstream.com" website under "photo archives" for the 1969 model Safari. All but the one example shows the M52, which is slightly taller than you standard counter height.

I have a 1970 Safari Special Land Yatch that has the same refrigerator, the M52
