If you are looking to repaint with something that looks like Zolatone, they still make it, so you can paint over Zolatone with Zolatone. If you don't want to repaint with it, you can use a household semigloss, the Vintage People will probably hang you in effigy, tho.
The insulation under the floor can be regular fiberglass insulation, that's pretty much what was used when it was built. At least, that's what is in the belly pan area of our 63 Overlander.

zolotone paint

Hi 1963tradewin

Regarding the issulatin. I went with R 36 rating for attics.

Do a search for Zolotone Paint on the net. You will not be able to buy it direct, but their website gives you retailer numbers and address in your area. But be warned, the zolotone paint is not cheap. It runs about $100.00 a gallon, but well worth the look. I just did my 53 22' Flying Cloud. It took approx 3 gallons of paint. Good luck
