vent louvers for AC shroud

I just purchased a new shroud for my 1964 AS, and looking for the louver vent covers approx. 6x27". I can not find them anywhere, and to have them fabricated cost $$$. Any suggestions, or designs to fabricate them myself? thanks

Fabricating the louvers is not necessary.

Home Depot has what you need.

Just trim it to size and rivet them in place.

Andy I looked the size of the louvers that I need is about 6x27 inches. Also, Need the quote for the awning for the AS 1964 24 ft intalled. My wife also, wants the add a room with the fold down panels to close it in at night. In addition, need a design to mount the tire carrier behind the LP tanks, can you also install the tire carrier?
