Fan vents, replace screw openers?

Hey guyus, broke a few of the worm gear screws, thinking about new fantastic fans, but they seem oversized for my 12" holes???? Any thoughts??
Will I have to take the entire frame out.... and accompanying rivets, or is there something that will fit into hole frame???

Thanks, Mike
