I opened your thread 'cause it said Trade Wind. Click bait? Anyway, interesting journal on your adventures with this old guy. I had a 66 Trade Wind twin bed and enjoyed renovating it into a comfortable camper. I think the mid sixties Trade Winds are well build and a perfect size. Mine sold pretty quickly and I bet yours would too if you decide to go that route.

Nice to see an update John. I love the assortment of tow vehicles. I bought a ‘96 F350 with 7.3 and ZF5 new way back when. I wish I still had it. Same color as yours too. I’ve also owned a bunch of 77-78 F series, including a Bronco and a ‘69 F100. I’m looking at a ‘63 F250 4x4 to tow my ‘63 Globe Trotter, but I don’t think the wife will like to go very far in the old truck. We usually do 2 week trips that cover 3-4,000 miles. That would be a marriage test for sure in that truck.

I wouldn’t rush to sell your trailer. You’ll likely just regret it like so many others do...
