1959 Pacer

A few months ago I bought a 1959 Airstream Pacer camper. I found it in a field on a back road. I left a note on it stating that if the owner ever wanted to sell it to please contact me. It took a year but he did call. He was the second owner and I don’t believe any children ever inhabited it as the inside is in really good condition. There is a black vinyl couch in the front. I don’t know if this is original or not. The stove, refrigerator and sink are original equipment
The owner had the original brochures and papers.
I know that I am fortunate to have found an Airstream is such good condition. Now I am learning how to back up a trailer!
I need to find someone to help me understand how to hook up the stove and water. Any suggestions as to where I could find this person.

Go to wbcci.org and look up the contacts for North Carolina, under the join tab. They will arrange for someone to contact you and help you hook up and come to a rally. As a real beginner, you need someone there to hold your hand, so you do not break something while you are learning. .

More pictures please....... The interior looks similar to mine but I have a convertible dinette in the front. Your drivers side only shows one window while my Pacer has two.

Can you scan the brochures and post them up here? I would love to see them to compare with my 58 Pacer.

Thanks

AZP

As a side note, you can see my interior pictures in the 58 Pacer thread here for comparison.....
