What is the actual size of the wheel? Also any thoughts on radial tires and if so any particular brand??
Thanks!

Why not take a old wheel with you and have tire shop mach it up. The radial tires are the only way to go. When I swiched from bias tires to radial I picked up 2 miles per gallon on my tow vehicle.
Aluminum vs steel , depends on how much money you want spend.
