Grab bar
Hi all,
I am considering adding a grab bar to my 59. Primarily so I can add a wooden "deadbolt " to the suicide door. Anybody done this?
Thoughts?
I'm renovating, not restoring, so authenticity really isn't an issue.

my 65 caravel came w/a grab bar next to the door handle. I put a bungee cord around the door handle and thru the grab bar when on the road. joe q in MN
