Short!
Hi Lisa,
You have a short to ground somewhere in the 120VAC side of the fridge wiring. Is you look in the back of the fridge (thru the lower outside panel) you will see the plug that goes into the wall outlet. Follow the wires into the board and be sure that the insulation is sound and that the 12oVAC wires are correctly plugged into the "AC" terminals. Then find the heating element, It is an 'L' shaped silver rod that should have the short end sticking out of the heater box. Follow the 2 wires down to the control board and unplug. Do a continuity test on the element (PM me if you don't know what this is) as that might be your problem.
This is just for starters. If both of these tests are OK, then we need to dig further.
