Vernon, I got so excited reading your post on Lew's MACH 8 thread, I posted as if it was your thread. In any case if you didn't see Lew's thread, nice job, and fast. Now if you could let us know how your routed the drain line and electrical into that block out, I'd appreciate it. I know they both route thru the skins and into the opening but where? I just don't want to intall them and find out I have an interference!!
Thanks

Hmmmm. Does anyone else think that this deck is being perfectly sized to go right outside an Overlander -- and that Vernon has yet another motorized toy to transport it?

It's been a dream of mine to have enough property to pull the Airstream through the backyard, right up to a deck that was purpose-built for stepping out the door and right into some Adirondack chairs or something!

THAT kind of deck would be a lot of fun to build, I think!

I am soooo busted...

From the beginning of the pool rebuild, we have discussed being able to park the Overlander as a cabana for special weekends.

On another subject - it finally warmed up enough to get the Mach 8 running and making condensate - which pumps out the drain like a dream! Now I just have to get 30A service out by the pool...

We are about a week away from a mini vacation in Dolly so tonight Mrs informed me that I have to finish some details. If the weather clears tomorrow I will be chewing chunks of rough cherry into piles of saw dust...

Looks like a suspended shelf, or a really narrow bunk!

I'm going to go with a "Rudder For A Ducks Arse". Am I close?

That's a skinny bunk, huh?

Well, it DOES sorta look like a Stuka aileron...

It's a SHELF! (Kay wins for accuracy, Aerowood gets bonus points for imagination)

It's hollow and has a 12V line inside, for use if I can ever find some lamps that I like.

Hmmm, very clever! I'll have to show this to Chris... won't solve our dilemma with our front shelf though - no ribs to rivet to there. Very clever! I gotta say though, if that's a ducks rudder, it's a biiiig duck!

It would also have to be a horizontally rotated duck, wouldn't it?
