A local mon-n-pop shop from south Mississippi. I think I paid $3,600 installed for this 24 x 36. On the larger sheds like this one, they add the braces in each bend section.

Thanks for the info,I like it a lot. I just had a 25x35 cement pad poured in our backyard and the cover will be next.

Things typically slow down this time of the year...the weather turns nice and we tend to skip out on the weekends. This past one was no exception...Thursday morning we headed for Rocky Springs on the Natchez Trace, no luck- full....The backup plan, Ameristar Casino in Vicksburg had a site...

It packed full and had 10+ folks in the overflow thursday - saturday! We walked thru the 67 site and noted 28 different State Tags...

I highly recommend visiting the Old Courthouse Museum...$5/person. Everything from American Indian to early 1900 stuff...

Did manage to do some polishing today. After the photo, I got a 1st cut on 1/2 of the front endcap...hoping this weather will stay reasonable for a few more weeks...

Beautiful work! After reading through the entire thread though I am both inspired and terrified. My 68 Tradewind seems fine at a cursory glance right now but I can see from your experiences, particularly in taking apart the lower frame and replacing the insulation, that likely when you look inside the belly skins you find a lot of scary stuff. I think my floors are all original. So far things are going ok, but I don't know if I would ever have the energy and ability to rework the entire trailer as it should be done, as you have done it. Still, seeing what you have been able to do is encouraging because it gives a person a roadmap of what to do , step by step. Awesome work! Maybe you should write a book on Airstream restoration! Get together with Aerowood possibly on that heh.

Guess what I'm still doing?

Brown rouge, loose cotton wheel is turning out to be the most productive method...

Vernon, lookin' good in the neighborhood - the trailer, that is! As for you, I think that you're getting the worse end of the deal. Keep plugin' away!

Oh, I hadn't noticed the red dot between my eyebrows...it's not a Bindi...it's where the polishing wheel grabbed the waterfill schrader valve and launched it into my forehead.

Now I have to crawl around and find the valve...

Photo op...
Curb side received a second pass with a loose cotton wheel/Brown bar to remove clouds. End caps don't like the brown bar for a second pass so I'll try white...Roof has a single pass with the brown bar (ya can't see swirls on the roof!)

A learning experience...which bar, which wheel...It's enough to make ya want to go to a bar...

Now it's on toward the street side...

I really didn't know I was that filthy until Mrs. HiHo walked out and gave me 'The Look'...Then I looked in a shiny spot (there are 1 or 2 on the trailer) and busted out laughing...

Work is coming to a halt for a few days, Cataract surgey, sawdust and polishing residue probably wont mix very well...

Yeah, all of this polishing stuff is your fault...
I wish I had your expertise, I'm flogging my way up the learning curve. I'd like to say I'm holding my breath and not sucking that stuff in, but nope. I guess I need to wear that mask that sitting on my work bench...

If you lived around here I'd say lets just have a polishing party and you can borrow my Cyclo. Instead I'll just have to try to catch up to you and inspire you to buy one. That reminds me, I need to go watch some youtube videos of how to use the darn thing that I bought 9 months ago.
