Of course. I can't imagine the frustration of a major problem at this stage of the game.
BTW, our hometown apparently had the highest snowfall in New England at over 38 inches! Hope it melts before we get home or I have a LOT of clearing to do to get Sputnik in the yard.

Thanks Barbie Felt like we dodged a bullet! We are all shoveled out now, i actually was surprised by how little snow accumulated on Moonraker, Peter cleared about a foot off last night and that picture was how we found her this morning. Maybe the wind coupled with aerodynamic shape????
Unlike our cars.

NO FAIR! You can't claim bragging rights to highest snowfall when you weren't there!
Just kidding, mid 40's next week so this will all be gone soon

Hey Shelly,
First time I went thru this thread. Thanks for all the pics, mine is off to the welder as soon as Colin gets my axles to me and your pics will help. The knobs/pulls should be there tomorrow. I found one additional pull, if you need it, let me know.

I know how you feel, we've had several snowstorms and unusually cold weather this winter for being in the south! I had hoped to get a lot further on our trailer this winter, but we finally got our subfloor in last week after a couple months with no progress. Right now she looks so cold and lonely outside, much like yours! Can't wait to insulate and maybe be able to work in there with a space heater. Best of luck digging out and staying warm!

This too shall pass.....
It won't be long & you'll be wishing for longer days to work on your trailer! And I just read in someone else's thread that you like to fish....! I think you're my long lost sister or something!

It was close to 80 at the house today. Took the boat and trailer over to the shop for new tires and a spring once-over, was going to splash it this weekend but it looks like rain, so I guess I'll have to wait a week.

Sure is pretty, though! Your trailer looks great out there in it. Love the reflections in the shiny new panels.

Yeah, yeah yeah.
We might have a wacky temperature scale but at least we have real bacon

I'd better move more quickly on that new low-profile 15k air conditioner from RVP as in less than a month the A/C will need to be on full-time. Have the A/C on today as the humidity is too much even at 74F with the usual 30-mph winds.
The differences of 1,200+ miles of latitude in a continent-sized country.

Hey guys, LOVE LOVE LOVE this thread! Just wondering if you had some more pics of this part of the restoration? I'm working on a '64 Overlander and could use all the schooling I can get on this aspect of the restoration, thanks. My E-mail is bmyhand@hotmail.com

I am trying to set up the rotisserie on the frame. Just wondering how colin had it atttached at the bumper. I saw the ball and hitch at the front. Did he weld a ball to the bumper?

It looks to me that there is a bracket that clamps to the rear bumper and that has the ball on it. Of course Colin does this everyday. If I flip mine, I'll use a couple come alongs.
