Please join the “Ahmed” family for a week of dry camping and enjoy the great outdoors on Desert Island, Maine. The area offers something to do for everybody of all ages. This is a rendezvous with NO scheduled planned activities at this time. However, noted below are some of the many attractions available. We hope to have nightly campfires and potlucks depending upon the weather.
  • Explore the park's scenic 45-mile carriage road system on a bike or horse-drawn carriage tour.
  • Hike through forests and up mountains on 125 miles of historic hiking trails.
  • Kayaking, Canoeing, miniature golf
