We’re planning the 3rd ANNUAL 4CU NEW YEAR'S RALLY at PICACHO PEAK STATE PARK in Arizona.
Plan NOW to join us to ring in 2010 in the beautiful Sonoran Desert!
December 31 to January 3 - that's a Thursday for New Year's Eve!
This year's Rally will be co-hosted by KEN & LINDA and LOUIS & SERGIO (so get ready for a hike up the Peak while playing Pictionary - just kidding!)
We have the Quail Group Site reserved again this year - it has electric to the group ramada and a great group fire pit!
No hookups for the Airstreams, but we will have full access to the very nice showers and restrooms at the campground.
There is also a dump station and potable water at the main campground.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am. Generator use is not permitted by the Park during these hours.
In keeping with the 4CU tradition, we will enjoy an informal agenda that will include evening happy hours and at least one potluck dinner.
We will have evening group bonfires, so please bring plenty of firewood as we cannot burn anything laying around the park.
We'll be publishing a schedule of events later on as the Rally dates get closer!
We've paid $35 to reserve the group area and will pass the hat for reimbursement donations at the Rally.
Cost to attendees is $15.00 a night per trailer (yes, the price has gone up!), payable to the Ranger at check-in.
The Park is located on I-10 about half way between Tucson and Phoenix.
Here is a link to the Picacho Peak State Park Web site - if you need directions to the Park, you'll find them on this site:
https://azstateparks.com/Parks/PIPE/index.html
This is a Four Corners Unit rally and is open to all WBCCI members.
Anyone who is not a member will have to be a guest of a member (we’ll work with you on this if you want to join us!)
If you’re interested please indicate below. If needed, we will add a registration link in the near future.
Hope to see you all there!
Contact Ken or Louis with any questions or suggestions!
