Summary & Future Plans

So far this has been a really fun project. The timeline was very compressed and maybe that was a good thing as there was no time to lose interest. If we had more time we could have saved a few bucks by shopping online or buying better rather than buying what was available at the time.
Camping in the trailer was very comfortable. It was so nice to have a home base with all the comforts of home, including having our car available to drive as compared to VW Bus camping where you spend most of your time outside and have to pack the whole thing up before you can drive into town...
There are quite a few little things on the to-do list. Some touch-ups are needed inside, some doors could use adjustments, etc. Outside the trailer still needs a good cleaning and at least a polish of the clearcoat. The tongue and bumper need to be sanded and painted and long-term it would be nice to replace the two plexi replacement windows with the correct glass parts.
We are discussing potentially stripping and polishing it to a mirror shine. Time will tell if we decide to do that.
For now the trailer is going to be moved back to the cottage for storage and come Spring I will install services so it can be hooked up to water and electrical there so it will act as a Bunkie when we are not travelling with it.
