Confessions of a Renovation Greenhorn
We've got the old Sovereign about 97% gutted, ready to remove and replace the floor boards.
Those floor bolts are kicking our butts! We've been without electricity, using cordless drills - nothing. Manual screwdrivers - nothing. Ratchet sets - nothing. WD-40 - nothing.
We really don't want to saw the wood to pieces and try to cut the bolts off. I'm gonna search around the forums and see if we have to.

You guys need to seriously update the pics here, lol
. You've done alot, I hope you took some more photos along the way 
. Looking forward to seeing the progress, no matter how unfinished.
