Well hello world....

This posting is one part test and one part introduction.

First, the test. If this shows up on the web we know it's working. Yay!

Secondly, an introduction. We're a family of 3 currently in Colorado who have just (as in yesterday) brought home our first vintage airstream - a 1968 Globetrotter that goes by the name of 'Loretta'.

Our goal is to bring her back to life and enjoy her as much as we can - as the neighbor...

Into the Valley of Death.

It’s 6:30PM, Saturday, April 23. We find ourselves at 190 feet below sea level in a nice little campground called Furnace Creek, not far from Stovepipe Wells and Dante’s Ridge. Figure out where we are yet? That’s right, Death Valley National Park. We decided to avoid I-5 and take a longer but far more interesting route back to North Idaho.
