Trying to jump on the bandwagon

My husband (profile name: Bowmans) has been doing a great job posting information the progress of our 1979 rebuild on his account. He made a comment the other day about noticing that I haven't really been posting anything on my blog. So after having my account for the past five months I've finally taken the leap and learned how to insert a profile photo and post a blog. Tadd has really been doing the majority of the work on the camper. He's the one responsible for polishing it, planning the rebuild, and building all the new cabinets. I have helped out here and there---mostly with the cleaning process and giving Tadd moral support. As the process has gone on, Tadd has been sure to try to include me in every phase of the rebuild (I really don't know how he had the energy to polish everything but the 1 X 1 section I did ) One of my other "jobs" was washing all the cotton clothes from the months worth of polishing, as well as running many trips to the hardware store--my washing machine is finally turning a shade of gray inside versus the black that it was during the months of June - September. The other weekend as Tadd was putting in the shelving for the "new" pantry I finally was able to envision what it's going to look like completed (My husband will be the first to tell you that I'm not that great of a visionary and normally can't see the end product during the planning phase). I'm really looking forward to decorating it and making it feel homey!! Tadd had to remind me the other day that nothing for the interior is to be purchased until after he's done with all the building projects (but sometime Black Friday Deals are just too hard to pass up--got a comforter at a price that couldn't be beat ). I'm really proud Tadd and it gives me great joy seeing him so happy (he sometimes complains about the lack of sleep, but deep down I know that he's loving every moment)!! I can't wait to her (aka "The Shiny Turd" according to my husband) camping next summer. Happy camping everyone!!
