As you can see from the interior pictures, our "78" came to us in pretty good shape. Note the typical dark vinyl wall paneling.
The gaucho was in rough shape...a plastic sheet was draped over it, the foam was worn and dirty, and the bed mechanism didn't work properly. No doubt this would need replaced.
Double bunks with peeling vinyl bulkhead paper...and the rear bath.
So where do we go from here...now the process begins to make this our Airstream.
