the above I thought was directed towards Robert the Honda guy. I'm trying to get our Honda EU2000i serviced thru warranty. Quickly learning that the term "Service Center" means just for their customers. I would recommend if you're considering a Honda find a good dealer close and buy from them. Honda has a loyal following, but my experience makes me wish I could do it again. I can have trouble with anything at a lot less cost and probably a better chance to get it fixed.
