Shell off restoration, will we ever finish?

Almost 2 years ago we halted full time travel to do some "renovations" to our 1992 29' Excella. I was hoping for a short decorative redo but we found the dreaded water damage had been much worse than anticipated. With each layer removed more was revealed until it became clear we were in for the full monty!
Wouldn't have been so bad but we are doing this in our backyard with no shelter. Weather delays have been woeful. We've built a couple of shelters over time but mother nature has taken them all down in 60+mph gusts of wind.
This week finally screwing down Coosa we nicked the black tank. Not a through and through but won't feel right until it's got a plastic weld.
It's always one thing or another slowing us!
We've learned alot! Mostly by trial and error. I just started a blog, cannedps.com. Will try to share our experience, strength and hope so stay tuned and join in the fun (that is at our expense of course) and Happy Travels until we meet on the road again!
