starting the banquette

Before building out the shower stall I have decided to upgrade the supply lines to the bathroom and kitchen while I can. They all passed inspection but upgrading now seems the best option. I'm part way through that process using 1/2" PEX but we are still having mostly sub zero highs here which makes plumbing a challenge. So until it warms up a bit I'll be working at the front end of the trailer.
Here our plan is to replace the nasty old Gaucho with a horseshoe banquette and a telescoping drop down table. My goal was to create a plan that allowed for a full queen sized sleeping area which is 60" x 80" but NOT have the bed sideways, forcing one person to climb over the other to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Framed this time in poplar!

We're considering the same conversion on our 57 Overlander. We won't be trying for your size, length wise, but I'd be interested in your seat frame width and heights to use as a starting point. thanks
