A Beauty Comes to Life...and a Roadtrip Takes Shape

After the 2.5 year restoration of our '69 Tradewind you would think I could have learned a little patience!! It's been almost a year since I brought home BubbleLicious - my beloved '58 Bubble and, with a few distractions along the way, her restoration has begun in full force (yay!)
Electrical is all done (apparently I have more outlets than our electrician's apartment
), our custom-built 110v Fantastic Fan is installed, 95% of the insulation is installed and we're soooo close to re-installing her interior skins. Hopefully by the end of this month we'll be ready to paint (one word: yummy) with floor installation beginning in May! My Design Board hangs proudly in her front window - she's going to be absolutely stunning!!!
