Rocket is our '88 excella (29'). Rocket's interior is a very boring typical late 80's look where everything is brown. That will change over the winter as we redo a good part of the interior. The living area will get a new island theme decor. Stay tuned for pictures of the makeover!
First project: New Curtains

We are almost ready to start on the new curtains. I have the material and lining and am just waiting for some new elastic sliders. I ordered them today from Airstream so they should be here by the end of the week. I will post before and after photos plus some detail pictures of the actual sewing.

Please post some pictures of your progress. We are updating our "78" with an "island" theme as well: bamboo flooring, bamboo wall covering, ect. It would be nice to see what you have done with your "88". Curtains are on our list for this winter as well. What pattern material did you buy? Good luck!

Material is from Newtoto.com. A source found right here on the forum. They send free swatches and both items I bought were only 6.50 per yard! I will try to get before pictures up today and pictures of the fabric. we also have vinyl flooring on order that looks like cork.Posted 01-12-2010 at 08:34 AM by mcair
