The KMPro RV Experience

We started rving as a family in 1969 with a 1963 26' International Overlander by AirStream. Our Tow car was a 1959 Plymouth Belvedere with a 318 ci engine and a 2 speed automatic transmission. We towed to the top of Wolf Creek Pass with this rig, which amazed most of our friends. Since then, we have owned 12 more RVs from a VW Camper to a 40 foot diesel pusher. We have clocked more than 300K miles from Mexico to Canada and Niagara Falls to the Pacific. We have traveled all but 5 of the contiguous United States and several Western US States many times. We have tried nearly all forms of the RV, from Van Campers, 5th Wheels, Trailers, and various gasoline and diesel motorhomes.
We have pretty much gone to the M/H since it suits our mode of travel best. We have just purchased a 1984 AS 310 Limited Classic M/H to refurb and use as our travel coach for the next few years. This is our third time to RV in an AS. This our first AS MH and we are having fun reworking it. I will enjoy it more when we hit the road with it. We'll see if it will be all we expect soon.
