Along with his original owners manual, included was his info of what was included and $. Interesting to see costs from 1971.
First project was to move the Caravanner's front facing mid ship fridge to street side just over the wheel well with the back up against the wall. This involved removing the "U" shaped street side galley/counters. We needed the space to put in our future "J" shaped seating & sleeping space for our then 6 year old. We found some items lodged behind the space such as a full can of some 1970's "Milnot" some form of condensed milk and a wood carved alligator-kinda neat. We also removed the surround from the window.
Next Project was Removing the old latex baby blue paint along with the red original paint from his sides. A few cans of Aircraft paint remover and wiped down with some Acetone and ready for new paint. We sprayed on several cans of Auto paint in a dark blue. While at it Ryan decided to order new LED tail-lights. A little modification and they fit well. We love the new look!
