]Check the use/store switch. Hope it’s that simple. The battery(s) are not likely completely dead, but shut down by its internal management system.[/QUOTE]

We have solar, where is the use/store switch?

With solar panels shouldn’t the batteries charge regardless of use/store?
Is the use /store switch the button on the lower left as you walk in the unit?

Really, you’re best off installing a master disconnect switch right after the batteries to make sure everything is truly off when in storage. The Use/Store Switch Airstream installs still leaves things like the propane detector on which will happily drain your batteries in a few weeks. Have a switch for the solar as well or else those panels will try to power things in the trailer even with no battery,

The Use/Store switch is often a button by the door but don’t trust for long term storage.
