Labor Day 2013
9/2/13 Labor Day we would rather be camping in the AS but maybe next year.
We lubed up all the working parts of the awning and after 20 years sitting we were sure it would fall apart when we lowered it.
To our surprise the awning was in good condition with no holes or rotten spots. The only problem was stains on the bottom side from the leaves that had built up over the years.
We will worry about the stains later after we have talked to others in the airforum that have experience with this problem.
