More progress....

Well, more work has gotten done. Between the two of us, we've managed to do the following since our last post:

Removed the front gaucho to make way for a dinette.
Riveted up the battery box to hold the two group 27 batteries. Essentially air tight and has a 11/2" vent fitting for exterior ventilation & Delrin feed-throughs for power. Still needs hold-downs.
Removed the broken and dangerous N-22 furnace.
Removed the broken original Bowen water heater.
Removed the broken Dometic R-60A refrigerator - wow, those things are built into the cabinet work. New unit is apparently 1" taller; much fun cabinetry work to do as a result.
Replaced the damaged section of floor near the door, and the entire (accessible) floor has received coats of solvent thinned epoxy, epoxy filler where needed, regular epoxy, and moisture-curing polyurethane aluminum filled paint.
Removed, cleaned and replaced front lower curtain rail; all rusted screws replaced with stainless.
cleaned front window frame; removed & repainted screen frame.
removed all the cheap blinds PO had hung over the windows.
Plumbed up new Attwood 6 gallon water heater, caulked and screwed into place; still need to finish gas hookup & wiring as new unit has electronic ignition.
Removed interior skin adjacent to door as part of floor repair; replaced existing switch for outside light w/ two switches so we can have a light inside the trailer w/ a switch by the door. Damaged insulation replaced with Reflectix and interior skin re-riveted.
Designed dinette; ordered & received material for cushion covers.
Started sewing front curtains.
Removed dried out sealant from two windows and re-caulked w/ Vulkem; there was obviously some damage inexpertly repaired around the front right Vista window. That may need re-riveting later on; for now, lots of Vulkem should stop the leak.
Cleaned and sealed two windows w/ gutter seal - easy to use and doesn't require a lot of work to look nice.
