We found the beige dual axle 22 at the dealer I purchased a 2004 Winnebago from in 2003.
Looked to be in fair shape only suprise was the furnace was missing entirely and of course it had 34 years of dirt and everything was original except for the A/C and water heater.

installed a 20 BTU Suburban ducted NS20
added a Barker electric jack, easy install
