Deciding how far to go with floor repair.

The dilemma is that around 80% of the floor wood is solid. So I can't decide if I should replace solid wood or leave it. I'm worried if there is rust underneath. The worst part is where the window beside the front door leaked for many years. The trailer Sat in a field untouched
