And the Shell Comes Off!!!

Well, I finished the lifting frame, drank a big glass of courage, and lifted the shell. All went as planned with no complications so far. My biggest fear was dealing with wind after the shell was off, so I spent extra time designing a plan to make sure she was anchored down. We had 20-30 mph winds last night and I groaned every time I heard the wind pick up. I went out to check on her this morning and she did great! The frame feels very sturdy and I can't even make it flex when I put all my weight...
