Ken,
Thank you for the recommendation. The FCU had a great rally at this spot.. Maybe we'll do it again next year.
Only change to your original post is Max Duration is now 7 days.
Thank you,
Brent

Beautiful park, but $20/night for just electric hookup? No sewer and water at each site?

Pros:

Close to Tucson, great desert views, next door to Saguaro National Park, Old Tucson (an old movie set-now amusement park), and the Arizona-Sonoran Desert Museum (a must-see)...
|
Cons:
|
no water or sewer at sites, no campfires allowed
|
|
A great little park with panoramic desert scenery on the west side of the Tucson Mountains (with Tucson on the east side of the moutains)...a nice place to park yourself for a closer look at several local attractions. Roads are paved, sites are not. While there are no water or sewer hook-ups at the sites, water is readily available for filling tanks and there is a dump station. Tent camping is also allowed.
