Pros:	All but 3 sites are waterfront
Cons:	Can be torrid hot in the summer

This is technically the W.P. Franklin North campground. Nicely laid out and like most COE parks the sites are perfectly level and superbly maintained. The showers/bath are cleaned daily under contract and were always spotless.

You are pretty much in the boonies so bring everything you need for your stay.

Lots of tarpon and snook in the basin but they are wiley.
