Sub-floor Joints
Sub-floor Joints
Description I routered a slot in the ends of each panel and inserted a 1"X1/8" aluminum bar to keep the top of the sub-floor aligned for the finished floor. On the edges adjacent to the square tubing for the perimeter channel I used a 1/4" round over bit on the bottom of the sub-floor. This was to allow clearance of any welds between the perimeter tubing and the outriggers/frame rails.
