| Description |
These are the renovation pics. New Dometic toilet replaced the vintage porcelain. I asked the contractor to cut the closet down so I'd have a place for houseplants and a cat bed. I think it adds a LOT of room to the bathroom. |

| Description |
These are the renovation pics. The linoleum went down in the front part. The subflooring was replaced in the rear with laminate over it to add support. One of the twin sleepers was removed, unfortunately the one with my drawers, but that's all right. Simple living means I don't need so much, right? yea, right! The fridge and range hood were replaced. Water holding tank removed (holes) and new water lines throughout with each one having its own shut off. |

These are the renovation pics. This trailer was purchased from an estate sale in 2006. It then sat at my ranch for another 7 years. I was not interested in keeping it totally original, I prefer the room. |
