Thanks, Kajendo had it right; no drain valve. Never thought of that as I can't believe they would not include one. Really hard to flush the tank with out one!

If you are not going to us any of the 12 volt stuff in the unit you can turn off or unplug the converter. I do this everytime I work in my AS and then plug the heater and tools to the wall outlets....
